BUILD YOUR STRENGTH AND FLEXIBILITY THRU KUNG-FU AND CONTORTION

WUSHU

Our school teaches Chinese martial arts; the most modern style of Kung Fu, known as Wushu (Jackie Chan & Jet Li styles), as well as the more ancestral forms of Traditional Kung Fu.

KIDS WUSHU

Kids wushu class (3-6 yo) includes basics of kung-fu and tumbling skills. Through this class, children learn discipline, respect, focus, power, flexibility and confidence.  They find that it is fun challenging and advancing more and better every class.

flip class

Our school teaches tumbling/flip class specific to wushu and stage/movie performances.  Learning correct form of flips help athletes keep from injuries and perform for longer athlete life.

CONTORTION

Get bendy and stretchy!  Learn how to showcase the performance art of extreme flexibility in in choreographed pauses on the floor, table, stand, and mouth-piece stand.

TRAPEZE & HOOP

Explore artistry of static trapeze and aerial hoop acts. Learn balance and transition of your body on and under the bar/hoop in our safe and secure environment.
